RoMa Craft Wunderlust Petit Belicoso

Dear Reader...
The RoMa Craft Tobac has known in the last years as a "secret tip" and it has also arrived in Switzerland... So it is time for a review....
When Skip Martin, the Ma in RoMa Craft, was visiting the German cigar manufacturer and distributor Schuster Zigarren, he got inspired by the warehouse full of tobacco. He included some of the tobacco from the Schuster inventory in the blend of the Wunderlust. The cigars were initially released just on the German market, but because of the great demand now is available in many countries....
Some details:

Country of Origin: Nicaragua
Factory: Fabrica de Tabacos NicaSueño S.A.
Wrapper: Brazilian Mata Fina
Binder: Indonesia Besuki
Filler: n/a
Length: 4 5/8
Ring Gauge: 54
Vitola: Petit Belicoso
I had read already a lot about this cigar and am very happy to finally hold it in my hands....
The Brazilian wrapper is rough looking, almost leathery, with some tooth but very fine, and it's a little bit oily but not shiny. The construction feels good, no underfilled or overfilled spots, nearly perfect.
The cold cigar smells strongly of a combination of aromatic cedar, manure, raisins, earth and leather along with just a touch of black pepper.

It starts out with a bang immediately after lighting, with flavors of bitter dark chocolate and creamy cashews easily taking the top spot, followed closely by notes of meatiness, cinnamon, creamy oak and freshly roasted espresso beans. I don't know what they mixed into the blend, but it feels like a mix of mexican, nicaraguan and brasil tobaccos, because the taste is very "dark and spicy.."
The second half of the WunderLust brings a few new flavors including a new dominant flavor of milk chocolate but the big change is the cotton candy sweetness, which seems to keep increasing in strength until just after the halfway point, after which it slowly begins to lose distinctness. There is also a bit of bitterness from the bitter chocolate note which bothers me a little in addition to these beautiful sweet flavors, but for all Aficionados who love dark chocolate it is a very good choice...
The burn was always perfect and the draw features the perfect amount of resistance for my tastes.
Overall it is a great cigar with perfect rolling quality, tons of smoke, and a very "dark" tasting profile. As a beginner, it is probably not the best choice because this cigar is very complex.....
Thanks for reading..... Cheers
